Love-in-a-Mist ‘Miss Jekyll’ looks almost invented: clear blue flowers float above finely cut, feathery foliage, then give way to decorative seed pods that are nearly as interesting as the blooms. It is airy, unusual, easy to tuck into sunny borders, and especially good where a garden could use something a little less ordinary.
